Rituals & ceremony

I hold space in ceremonial containers as well as outside, recognizing all of life as a ceremony. Living a prayer, acknowledging rites of passage, supporting deep healing and integration...all of these are rituals I am honored to continue to explore and expand in. i am experince for birth rites and ceremonial offerings, i am honored to work with the medicine of Cacao, mexica and red path drum medicinal songs, ice baths, and other authentic practices for calling on the spirit.
